(1) Strong adhesion:

The good workability and fluidity of plastering gypsum make it easy for the slurry to penetrate into the pores and joints of the wall or ceiling. After the slurry is hardened, the volume expands slightly, forming a key tenon and a small hook system. The plastering layer is closely attached to the base layer, the bite ability between the air-entrained concrete and the plastering surface is strengthened, and the bonding strength is increased.
Therefore, not only less ground ash, less material loss, but also can strengthen the bonding of the interface between the two, so that shrinkage stress caused by drying will not cause hollowing and cracking.

(2) Good surface decoration:

the plastered plaster wall is dense and smooth. Have higher strength without shrinkage. Elegant appearance, no ash, no shrinkage, no smell, no cracks, no alkali return.

(3) Good fire performance:

In the event of a fire, plastering gypsum contains a large amount of crystal water after condensation. Under the action of heat, the water of crystallization is released to form steam, which blocks the spread of the flame. At the same time, it absorbs a lot of heat during the dehydration process, thus improving its fire resistance.

(4) Good thermal insulation:

plastering gypsum hardened body has a porous structure, and the pore structure is evenly distributed. The thermal conductivity is about 0.35W/(m·K), and the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation plastering gypsum is 0.14W/(m·K). It is close to the thermal conductivity of air-entrained concrete (generally 0.081~0.290W/(m·K)).
It is beneficial to avoid hollowing or cracking due to the large difference between thermal conductivity and air-entrained concrete. At the same time, it has good thermal insulation effect and sound insulation performance.

(5) Save construction period:

the plastering gypsum plastering layer solidifies and hardens quickly, and the maintenance period is short. The entire process of hardening and reaching the strength standard is only 1d to 2d, and the construction period can be shortened by about 70% compared with cement mortar or mixed mortar.

(6) Convenient construction:

Plastering gypsum plastering is divided into two parts: the bottom layer and the surface layer. The bottom layer is plastered gypsum mortar layer. On-site preparation according to 1: (1.5 ~ 2) mixed with construction sand evenly. After adding water and stirring, it can be plastered directly on the wall. The surface layer is clean slurry, just add water.
Plastering Gypsum plastering has the advantages of easy plastering, easy scraping, easy repair, low labor intensity, less material consumption, and winter construction is not affected by low temperature.
